I call up Southwest and not only does he educate me, but he solves the problem. I honestly think no one else is as knowledgeable or educated in the pest industry in Southern Utah. It is one thing to know how to treat pests, it is an entirely different thing to know why pests act the way they do and then treat that. I kid you not, Eric studied the ants on my counter...watching them to see when they were marking their path. Who does that!? A pest assassin, that's who. I understand that everyone has their preferences, but you should at least give Southwest a call to get their opinion. Best case scenario, hire them. You won't regret it.“

“Our pest guy his name is Mike. he is absolutely fabulous. I love that he calls me when he's on his way to the house and asks if there's anything he needs me to do. And I can call him at any time or text him and let him know hey I saw a bug you need to get here now. Yes I am that type of Karen if I see a bug in my house they come out and spray. The good thing about the plan that I have with them is they will come out no matter how many times I call them to spray my house. I have no problem with spiders. I do have a huge problem with cockroaches. Coming from the Midwest if you had cockroaches you are a dirty person. I am not a dirty person even though I understand these or desert cockroaches it's still gross. Poor Mike has been out to my house more times than not. I absolutely love him for that. And cannot think of any other pest control place that would be best served for us. Thank you guys so much we truly appreciate you.“
