Every technician that has come to our home from Shakespeare Pest Control has done an excellent job in preventing scorpions from coming into our home. On a rare occasion when one did (and died later), they came out immediately and redid the spray around our home’s entry points
Today Mason was the tech and he did a thorough spraying job and asked if there was anything else needed to be done… very professional
Christian always does an outstanding job. Before treating our yard, he checks in to see if we have had any problems and responds accordingly. This time I had noticed very small ants outside our master bedroom. He put down ant granular in that area. He is thorough and puts down a generous amount of spray. When he is done, he lets us know what he has done. Christian is the best!
Shakespeare Pest Control was absolutely fantastic. They came out to take care of our home and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with.
What stood out most was the attention to detail. They didn’t just rush through the property and spray a few areas—they took the time to properly address the home and make sure everything was handled correctly. Communication was great, they showed up prepared, and the service was exactly what you’d hope for when trusting someone to work around your home.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in their work and makes customer service… read full review
