It's truly wonderful how well the team collaborates, creating a positive atmosphere for everyone. The kindness and politeness displayed by each member is truly appreciated and makes a huge difference. The application of the spray has shown promising results thus far, which is great to see. With these initial impressions, it appears to be quite effective at its intended purpose.
Kyle was invested in helping me eliminate my bug problems. He informed and assured we could resolve it. And helped us with a plan to meet with success. He was polite, empathetic and friendly. But also confident he could help us.
Weve been customers of Nature’s Gate since moving here 3 years ago. We are not in a contract anymore and choose to use them for pest control. They have excellent customer service and go above and beyond in helping us. All technicians have been great, and today, Kyle was excellent in solving our fly issue. I highly recommend! Also, shoutout to Sherry in the office who always responds in a timely manner and helps us out when we are desparate. ☺
