“Our pest guy his name is Mike. he is absolutely fabulous. I love that he calls me when he's on his way to the house and asks if there's anything he needs me to do. And I can call him at any time or text him and let him know hey I saw a bug you need to get here now. Yes I am that type of Karen if I see a bug in my house they come out and spray. The good thing about the plan that I have with them is they will come out no matter how many times I call them to spray my house. I have no problem with spiders. I do have a huge problem with cockroaches. Coming from the Midwest if you had cockroaches you are a dirty person. I am not a dirty person even though I understand these or desert cockroaches it's still gross. Poor Mike has been out to my house more times than not. I absolutely love him for that. And cannot think of any other pest control place that would be best served for us. Thank you guys so much we truly appreciate you.“

“The first contact that I had was professional and polite. He was a bit quick in explaining the length of initial contract, however details slowly was given. Probably the reason that I was interested was I was actively thinking about pest control. I don’t have a serious problem at the moment but was feeling I should address the prevention. I was not here when the technician came to the house. I looked around, however did not find evidence of his work, which I don’t expect too. Evidence will be, I guess, if I find any dead bugs etc.“
