I've used a number of local pest control services and they all have done well. However most have gone to subscription contracts. Dixie treats me each time like a new customer they want to retain and doesn't require long-term contracts. They earn my repeat business each time.The effectiveness of their application and products seem much more long lasting than others. They had unique alternatives to handling some pesky rodents too.Friendly and family run which shows in their attention and detail to getting it done right!

Loved working with Tom, he is professional and reliable. He showed up early and sprayed our whole house inside and out and was done in less than an hour. Haven’t seen a bug since. Highly recommend Dixie Pest!!

Always been great to deal with, reasonably priced and gets the job done! They also don't push any contracts or subscriptions, which in this world where everyone tries to get you in a contract for everything is really nice. We live in a newer neighborhood and everyone told us we would get scorpions. In almost two years we've only seen one, it was dead and never even made it in the house. Also nice that they are locally owned, so it's someone who cares about their reputation and the type of work they do. They aren't a summer sales or some sales based pest control business.
