And ironically, I just happened to be needing a color while visiting Lehi a few years ago, and found Ottalus on Google. I refuse to go anywhere else or to anyone else ever since. Most are too afraid to add the intense layering I request. But that was not the case with Kelsie! I showed her the picture examples, and she delivered and then some! She spared no detail. She took her time and executed the cut flawlessly. I also was surprised that my hair cut came with a very relaxing wash and style! Definitely got way more than I payed for. He has received poor haircuts in the past with little to no communication from the stylist. I’ve never seen a stylist communicate better than Erin. But to be so genuine and natural with a high school boy was a different level of talent. A real pro! She asked him lots of Qs throughout the process and made sure he was comfortable with everything.
