It’s extremely important to be treated with respect and to have your hair dresser actually listen to what you need. Massi listens and does a beautiful job. I really like how’s she’s treated and styled my hair. I highly recommend her.
I have shoulder length, blonde hair and I have never had a problem curling it before. I have never gotten a perm before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t realize my hair needed two perms in a row to get what I wanted, but that was definitely what did the trick!! The first perm gave my hair more volume but didn’t really curl. It had some wave but it inconsistent and I was disappointed. I was a little nervous to reach out to Massi about how I was feeling but eventually did and I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! If I could give Massi ten stars, I would. I came in with color damaged, brassy, long, thick hair and zero hope that it could be saved. Massi is a magician! She completely transformed my hair into something beautiful that I love more than I thought possible. Amazing results, great prices, and unmatched talent. Look no further she is the best! and I won't be going to anyone else!
