“Ultra Steam does a great job with customer service. They answered the phone promptly, scheduled the service for the next morning, and showed up exactly when they said they would. The technicians were well groomed, polite, friendly and efficient. The carpets and tile looked very good when they were done and they do guarantee their work. I did deduct a star because they were easily the most expensive carpet cleaning service I have used. Even with a promotional discount I spent more than $100 over what I have spent in the past for the same service with other companies. That said, if you’re not on a set budget and want a quick, quality service this is a good company to call.“
