“We have had John come out for a few years because our builder installed our ac unit improperly and we have had issues every summer with freon leaking. John has always come to the rescue and filled the freon so we can have a comfortable summer. We have always appreciated his great service. However, he was supposed to come and replace our coil for a permanent fix as soon as the weather cooled down, but we can't get anyone to answer the phone, or respond to voicemails or texts or anything. Is this company even open still? Just getting frustrated because he was the only one that has been able to figure out our ac issues.“
