The technician (Tyler Cox) came in and immediately knew what the issue was, got straight to it and fixed it, and was on his way. Clearly an experienced and talented individual and appreciated both his efficiency and integrity.
Tyler was prompt, totally professional, explained everything in terms I understood, response time was quick. My house went from 89 degrees down to 78 degrees in less than 30 minutes. Both Tyler and the office staff was friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Comfort Systems USA
Just had Dusty from Comfort Systems come by this morning and was incredibly impressed with both his responsiveness and his knowledge.
