We had a new system installed in May of 2024. We have been working with a couple local A/C companies to try and resolve why it wouldn't cool below 72 deg without the txv valve freezing.

Just moved into a new build that works with All Star. During the inspection we uncovered a leak. Mike from All Star soon stopped by to fix it, no charge. He came by the next day to check on it. Saw him a week later and asked how it was doing. 5 star service!
My AC unit wasn't working and we were in 114°F, we were melting and couldn't sleep our poor toddler was sweating so much had to keep the fan and giving him water , my daughter got ahold of the kind owner of this business and sent someone to get out AC fixed super quickly.
