“Arrived on time. Diagnosed burned capacitor and replaced it. He had one with him in the truck. Unfortunately it still did not work as the fan motor was also not functioning. He did not have the motor in his truck so need to reschedule to replace. He was courteous professional and efficient. I will reschedule with Walker to complete the job.“
