Great company. We're on the semi-annual maintenance plan. Well worth the money. Not just a cursory check, but a thorough examination of the systems. The technician (should have gotten his name) is very knowledgeable and takes his time to check everything. Never pushes for unnecessary services. A great guy and a great company.
I have used the outstanding service of Southwest Air at two homes here in Sun River St. George with great satisfaction. They are always prompt with setting an appointment (or emergency call), on time when they say they will be there and know what they are doing, even to the point of devising a plan of attack, discussing it with me and getting me on board with what is going on.Lance is the best. He answered my concern, suggested a remedy and we solved the problem, with a knowledge of what had been performed.I have recommended Southwest to all my neighbors and Southwest has been there to help them also.
