“Fair quote (though admittedly 6 sheets of double pane tempered glass felt quite expensive even if it was fair pricing AND they matched a competitor quote).
The one critique I would give is that the quote I was given over the phone with the dimensions ended up very different than the official quote I got through email after dropping off the template. That portion of disconnect between phone and office could use some work because it felt like a bit of a rug pull. But other than that I was pleased enough with the company--I dropped off my templates for the windows, and a month or so later I had the glass in hand ready for me to install.
It's nice clear glass (second picture looks opaque only because I had to cover it for a week while the glazier putty dried. I didn't have any other close-ups of the glass). I'm please with my purchase.”
