Clearly a 5 star company in every way! Responsive, VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED, highly professional, especially communicative and friendly…not to mention an extraordinary product at a reasonable price. Look no further than Advanced Windows…they are simply the very best in every imaginable way! Kudos especially to ROB…great guy to do business with!
From the beginning to the end, it was a pleasant and a very professional experience working with Advanced Window Products. Rob was great in explaining all aspects (cost, appearance, noise reduction, etc.) of replacing our windows.Ben and his crew replaced all 12 windows in 1 day. They were very courteous, well mannered, asking for permission every time they were coming in & out and clean. They did not leave a mess behind after they were done.Our bedroom is very close to a very "truck-heavy" traffic street. Now that we have "Off Set" glass windows (that's trade lingo for noise reduction), we hardly hear the trucks in the mornings anymore. We believe we have at least 85%...read full review
Advanced Windows was excellent to work with from home visit to install. Jeremy the salesman was extremely informative about our options and the office team communicated well with us. Then, day of install our installer was sick so David came over after finishing another job and installed our windows same day. They left zero mess and did a great job. 5 stars.
