Fair quote (though admittedly 6 sheets of double pane tempered glass felt quite expensive even if it was fair pricing AND they matched a competitor quote).
The one critique I would give is that the quote I was given over the phone with the dimensions ended up very different than the official quote I got through email after dropping off the template. That portion of disconnect between phone and office could use some work because it felt like a bit of a rug pull. The folks are amazing. Not only did they do a great, high-quality job on our shower install, but they have provided excellent follow up care. When we needed to replace the door sweep on the no-longer-brand-new shower and even the sweep on our decades-old shower, they were super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.
