The lead installer had a Lord of The Rings tattoo so I'm very confident the work they did is solid 😉. Very nice guys and super efficient. They did 6 windows and a sliding glass door in just under 4 hours. And they look great. I always reserve my right to change this review later if I have a service issue but so far the new windows seem pretty good. Jed and Dee were on top on it. They also had a deal on their financing of something like 60 months 0% interest. No one else had any kind of financing deal that good. That's an insanely good deal. They were vinyl so not the highest grade windows but they were still like $25k cheaper than Anderson. I hope they work out...read full review
New owners for Pella in Utah, however they were able to retain some their very fine techs, including Tyler. I’ve had Pella install/replace several windows in the past and have never been disappointed. Tyler is a good ambassador for Pella and his current company. Knowledgeable, very efficient, and customer oriented. He was in and out in less than an hour and did an excellent job in replacing a crank out window.
Jeff and Connor were awesome. There was a mixup in the schedule and they fit us in and spent a lot of time helping us adjust the Doors throughout our Home. We’re very respectful and very very nice to have in our home. Thank you very much.
