“So we discovered a separation in our composite soffit this summer. We have a rambler w/ 12’ ceilings in the main living area and the issue had to be at the highest point of our roof, but of course. It was also at the junction of two rooflines; making for awkward access. The height and narrow angle made me reluctant to climb up and try to repair it myself. Our builder denied it as a warranty claim and gave us a referral. A referral that immediately ghosted us! I then came across IWC thru a Google search. IWC had a 4.9 rating out of several hundred reviews; I found this to be very encouraging. The listing also stated they usually reply within 15 minutes. My initial call went to voice-mail but, sure enough, before I could finish leaving a message “Cade” called me back; and this was on a Saturday afternoon too! Cade was able to set up an appointment for me the very next business day! And, “Mike” arrived as promised; early to boot! Mike was able to quickly assess the issue and fix it on-site; no follow up appointment, no waiting. I was also charged an extremely reasonable fee. I could not have been more impressed with “IWC”, Cade, and Mike. From being incredibly responsive, being personable, having obvious integrity, to being equitable; that’s what you get from IWC. I could not have been more happy and glad that I called them as opposed to anyone else. Six (6) Star service all the way around!!!”
“Just got 16 windows installed a few years ago, I went through the house prior to installation on a cold day and took internal and external temps on my 20 year old double pane windows to see if they would make a difference. I went through again and found that in these freezing temperatures my old windows were about a 5 to 10 degree difference from the rest of my walls. These windows are only a 2 degree difference. Multiply that by the square footage of all the 40 windows combined and It really adds up. they block out the suns radiant heat and have saved money on my ac bills too. The teams that helped with getting financing and installation scheduled and put in have an been professional and courteous and it's been a great experience. An added bonus is the bronze trim is better looking than I expected and makes my whole house look better.”
