“We had our LG refrigerator fail after 3.5 years. The compressor had failed. Called LG & Best Buy and were told it was out of warranty. Called ASI and they responded very quickly. Ryan was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and told us the warranty was extended to 5 years.
