We had our LG refrigerator fail after 3.5 years. The compressor had failed. Called LG & Best Buy and were told it was out of warranty. Called ASI and they responded very quickly. Ryan was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and told us the warranty was extended to 5 years. He returned a few days later and replaced the compressor and fixed it in 1 hour. I would highly recommend them.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Washing machine repair went well. Took about 40 mins, thought the price was fair, and he was happy to use a part i purchased (when i thought i would have time to fix it myself). Only downside was having to wait a few days for the appointment (three days plus weekend without a washing machine -eek!).Service: Washing machine repair

ASI did good work to fix a failed compressor on an LG fridge a few months ago. I would not recommend an LG fridge, and it took a long time to get parts, but that was not an issue with ASI. The most annoying part of the repair was the fact that LG does not allow ASI to stock parts that are failing regularly, causing them to make two trips to get the repair completed. The fridge is running fine a few months later.Service: Refrigerator repair
