I’m really happy that I called this company—excellent experience! They sent a technician very quickly to diagnose the dryer problem. The technician, Mark, was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. It was also great value for the money. Thank you so much for your excellent service and for identifying the problem with the dryer.

Mark diagnosed, ordered the parts and repaired my GE washing machine. Excellent service. He explained why my transmission wore out and how to fix the issue from happening again - don't overload the washer. I have used Famous Applicance Service for years now, I will continue to use their services.

Once I contacted them they got an appointment set up right away and they found that a part had to be ordered. As soon as it came in, I was contacted and repair was made the next day. Elliott Hansen is who repaired my dryer, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very fast. The only part of the experience that I would make a negative comment about is the cost but, he didn't set that.
