From our first call, every person we talked to or came out to fix our dryer was very courteous. Sam was the technician and knew a lot about our little known brand of dryer. We had to order a special part. It was fixed in no time on the second visit. I would call again with any appliance problems.

Robert is always professional and has a clear knowledge of all kinds of appliances. From high end cooking ranges to dishwashers, etc., he’s been fantastic. Highly recommend this business.

The first agent I spoke with was not very friendly or helpful. I let her know that I couldn’t hear her very well and sounded like a bad connection. She didn’t seem to care so I thanked her and called another company, which couldn’t help anytime soon. I called Quality back again and was happy to hear a much friendlier person on the phone. She said she could send someone out on Friday, between 3 & 6pm to fix my old washer. Robert was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Although the part that needed to be replaced was no longer available (washer too old) he made an adjustment so I could continue to use it.
