I called and got an answer from a medical professional immediately. IMMEDIATELY! I thought I'd have a long robotic answering system to navigate through. AND SHE SPOKE ENGLISH! I only wish they could help with my computer / tech needs. I'll be going there as long as they keep me alive!

Thankful that the phlebotomist told me that Cigna does not cover labs by Intermountain Healthcare. Cigna covers it at 100% with an in network Dr. (which is what I have), but IHC sends the labs over to an out of network lab provider where it is NOT covered at all. Great place but IHC, as a whole, needs to start working with Quest and Lab Corp.

I honestly don’t understand why people rated this clinic so bad! Marcia, the receptionist, was absolutely kind and helpful. She was the most professional and caring receptionist i have ever met! I saw Scott, PA, and he was also very professional and good at explaining things on our levels. (I do not know a lot of medical terms but he explained things that I can understand easily). The whole process went very smooth and it was very informative visit.100% recommend and i will go back to this clinic! (Hopefully not that often??)I use UHC and paid $25 copay per visit.
