I don’t know a better clinic to receive better personalized care and attention. I feel like the practitioners here are interested in finding out what is the root issue and take the time to get to know their patients rather than just pumping them through and prescribing things to fix issues. I have recommended many people to this clinic and will continue to. They are great to work with. It is a great location easy to access. The staff is friendly and available. The facility is clean and not overly flashy, so you know your money isn’t going to pay for unnecessary things.

I had been a patient at New Horizon for over a decade. A week after my last appointment I received a letter stating I am being terminated from the clinic. I felt like I got the rug pulled out from under me. After a phone call and some time they sent me on my way with three months of prescriptions to get me through until I find a new doctor. That makes a big difference. Thank you. Suggestion, after 10+ years at this clinic if my provider had spoke with me and sent me on my way with three months prescriptions instead of someone I never met or heard of sending me a letter of termination in the mail a week after my last appointment I would have felt much better.

Usually I'm afraid to go into hospitals or any clinic , especially that I made an appointment to get a shot but the individual named Julie really made me feel comfortable through the process she brought such a genuine energy that I didn't have much fear anymore . She also took a little bit of time to get to know me which also calmed my fear but she's a fantastic employee of this establishment, and it is something i am always looking for ((: 10/10
