My old water heater stopped working early in the week, so I sent out a Yelp request for a plumber to replace it and help me switch to a tankless unit. Sean's Plumbing responded right away. After I shared a few photos of the garage installation area and asked about different tankless water heater options, Troy quickly sent over a clear written quote that explained the plumbing work and installation plan. I was able to book the appointment later that same week based on my schedule. Before the install, I had several texts and phone calls with Troy about the setup requirements, venting, and the feature differences between a few tankless models. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and quick to answer every question. I ended up choosing the Norwitz EZTR75. Troy arrived on time for the installation, and another technician joined him later. The two plumbers worked hard all day and handled the tight crawl space conditions without any issues. The finished water heater install looked excellent. Troy made sure everything was clean and professionally done, and he even adjusted the existing pipe routing to create a more custom layout exactly where I wanted the unit mounted. Great plumbing service like this is not easy to find. I was impressed with the entire process from start to finish, especially the communication, workmanship, and professionalism. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs, including the condensate line, pressure regulator, and the valves at the main house water shutoff.

Nine years ago I came to Dr. Khachatryan for a 2nd opinion and it was the best decision I made. So when it was time to come see a surgeon for more degenerative spine issues recently, I got my 2nd opinion through Dr. K. with Jeff. He was prompt, understood my images and explained things probably better than the doctors that first diagnosed me. He spoke highly of the 1st surgeon I saw, and agreed with his recommended procedure. According to other reviewers, some have had bad experiences with the office staff, and 9 years ago I would agree that the staff wasn't what I expected, and I barely saw Dr. K during those visits - they were always done by a PA - Dr K came in once to introduce himself and go over the procedure before the surgery date. That felt a little different, but when it comes to the surgery, I would highly recommend Dr. K. If he trusts his PAs, then I trust them. And Jeff really knows his stuff.
Emmalee has the instinct to listen to you and truly help you with the best massage ever. I had an L5 Bulging disc. She heard where the issues were and did great helping me with future comfort. She knows the human body anatomy and how it fits together as well as, and better than many MD's

She is super friendly, professional, super personable and makes you feel so comfortable! My 12 year old is deathly afraid of shots and needles and Taylor made her feel so comfortable she handled it like a champ! My other daughter has her ears almost entirely pierced by Taylor! We had them come out to service a troublesome water heater. The first visit they flushed sediment out and it started out promising but the issues came back. They came back out right away and exhausted all the options they had. Now we have hot water again! Very friendly service and very knowledgeable about what they are doing.
I appreciated being able to chat and have a normal conversation with them while they were working on things. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
These guys were great! I needed a new gas line installed in my kitchen to run a gas range. Good communication, worked quickly, and were a bit less than other bids I received from licensed plumbers. They made sure the range was installed correctly and even assisted removing a part that I had put on that wasn’t necessary . I will be using them again for sure!!!

I first became acquainted with Floor Coverings International at the Home and garden show at Southtown. I was impressed that they had a truck that they could come by the house and bring all their samples. That made it so that I could look at the samples in my own house. They were also very accommodating to split the installation in two parts so that we could move furniture around. I’m very happy with the carpet and how it looks. Their carpet layers were on time and very courteous. I would highly recommend.
Modified Floors removed the ceramic tile in our kitchen and did a fantastic job! They were priced great and were super efficient! I'll definitely use them for other projects!

Wendy, Steve and everyone that worked on our bathroom remodel were amazing. I really appreciate that they would do exactly what they said they would do. Will not be using ANY other vet but them from here on out. I had to put my senior best friend down (17 years ago old Pom) and the care, consideration and support and attention to detail and everything I received after his passing was really remarkable. My dog was literally my baby and I have never had a team all sign and send a card with my dogs ashes, hair and paw and nose prints and the nose print they did for him is probably my favorite thing I received. It is getting framed and laminated to go on our entertainment center.
We had an emergency with our senior dachsund. We thought it was going to be the end for her. PetCare was quick to get us in. The nurse and the vet were wonderful and so helpful. They were very good about explaining things to us in a way that eased our worries. Our dog Zoey is still with us and feeling much better. They truly care about the pet more than about upselling with unnecessary expenses. We were so impressed, we've decided to make Dr. Emch our regular vet.
20 yrs ago when I lived in Vegas, my horse coliced. The vet in Vegas had already billed me 1200 for treating him and he wasnt getting better. I was in college and didnt have thousands of dollars laying around. They wanted over 5 k in addition to what I had already paid. Every day I thought my horse wasnt going to make it to the next day, but he did. After 5 days I called every vet within 5 hrs and was eventually referred to south valley. The vet actually spoke with me by phone and explained the situation. He told.me if I could get him there, they would care for him as long as I could.make payments. No contract, they just trusted that I would. We'll we got him there, it was an 8 hr trip, they did surgery the next day, he didnt have a full twist blocki g it completely, thats how he was still alive, but the twist was still blocking 90% so his gut had not been compromised and just needed to be untwisted. He spent 10 days there and my entire bill was 2700...I paid 1500 and sent money every month til.it was paid off. My horse made a full recovery, not just to be pasture sound, but he returned to competition. After that he took 3 different girls to high school national finals. He was 9 when this occurred and I lost him at 19...im forever greatful to the vets at south valley...they are truly wonderful..
The best Best BEST Veterinary I've ever been to! They really care about your animals, and even moreso your wallet. They don't try to push anything, or overcharge. They made me and my pet feel very comfortable. And the doctor was so extremely nice and understanding.

I like having the same massage therapist each time. She knows my body well. Pretty easy to schedule appointments. And I like how there's the discount for the membership and that it automatically comes out each month. It also encourages me to get a massage every month which I need.
