My insurance company denied a medication which I HAVE TO HAVE, and sent both the doc and I a notice on April 15th. I have called them numerous times beginning when I received the letter. I have also text them and emailed. One call I was on ignore (hold) for 15 minutes then I hung up. It’s too bad their support staff/medical assistants aren’t more competent. It’s costing them patients. I am currently in the process of finding another doc. I ran out of my medicine 2 days ago and already had a partial bowel blockage that required hospitalization . The docs are 10/10. Their support staff………..

Dr. Karnam has been an exceptional physician. He has been incredibly patient and thorough while navigating insurance requirements, including prior authorizations for both the EGD and the prescription.
