I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 90-minute massage session at Elements Massage, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into their serene and welcoming space, I knew I was in for a treat. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the expertise of Lindsey, my massage therapist. She was incredibly attentive, taking the time to understand my specific issues, particularly the tension in my neck that had been bothering me for days. I just had my second session with Ricardo - and it was just as great as the first. I went in for neck and hip pain and feel immediate relief. Elements is INCREDIBLE. I’ve been a member for years and have had amazing therapists. So grateful for this wellness resource!
Had the most AMAZING massage yesterday from Trevyn! When I showed up, I was in so much pain from a recent back injury, and when i left I felt straight, and walked tall - without pain! Really didn’t think a 90 min massage would make me feel so good - but theres something special about how he melted my knots, and un-triggered the trigger spots. He seemed very knowledgeable about different types of massage, communicated well,, and definitely maximized the time in the session. Im sharing because I was really surprised at the level of service I received overall at Elements, I will be back for sure..
