They came within the hour and spent 40 minutes just to evaluate with no promise I would have any work done. No charge. Gave me all my options clearly, answered follow up text questions quickly, and were patient with our taking time to decide. Worked us in asap and the job was done right, Came back next day just to follow up and adjust temps etc. we might need. Taught us how to flush it yearly. This is a solid, locally owned and operated business that the people whose named is on the title still have their hands on the wheel to make sure it's done right. They've got new customers for life!“

Even though our water heater was still under warranty, we decided to switch to a tankless water heater and find a new plumber. I was so glad we called Bert’s. Usually the installation for a tankless water heater is an all day thing so most plumbers weren’t able to fit us in for a while. But we told Bert’s about our situation and they figured out a way to send two plumbers to fix it that same day. They even charged us less than their estimate because they finished faster than anticipated. They seem to have more experience installing tankless water heaters than other plumbers we called which was reassuring. The person who answers the phone is so knowledgeable and helpful, which is a lifesaver when making a big decision quickly.“

“Called and was able to make an appointment for the next day when I wanted. I was given a 4 hour window of when they could show up, and no one ever showed up or called. I called in and they were very polite and called the plumber and got back to me. We ended up rescheduling for the next morning. I the same issue with no show and no call. Called back in and they promised the plumber would arrive in an hour. He showed up about an hour and a half later. He was very polite and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergent problem because I did enjoy the service, I think just poor communication.“

“For this instance, I called several plumbers for prices and was asked what was going on. That’s what got my business. Everyone else jumped right in on the price of coming to look at it—Homey don’t play dat! One company also offered a purchase of their disposal—before even looking at it!Anyway, this plumber was polite, made it over the very next day, cleaned up most of the disgusting mess, and left under an hour. My disposal worked!!!It stopped working again, so I finally broke down and decided learn how to fix it myself.Pulling up a video from Home Depot, a woman showed me in under two minutes the steps of turning off the breaker switch, unplugging the disposal beneath the sink, and then checking several fuctionalities before arriving at adjustinga bolt and pushing a safety button.Now, not only does my disposal work, but I’m a little smarter and a lot more grateful!Thanks! ?“
