We would highly recommend Rare Breed and their team. Everyone from the front office, techs to leadership handled our horrible situation very well, quickly and efficiently! Our HVAC unit was 17 years old and our tech Gibb caught the melting converter wiring as soon as he arrived. Although that led to having to install all new HVAC system, were grateful our house did not burn down! Gibb and Skyler worked a very long day in our very hot house to get it done so we and our pups could be comfortable again! We look forward to our long term relationship moving forward with Rare Breed.
I had a great experience with Rare Breed Plumbing! Aaron called me before my appointment window and confirmed the time he would arrive. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers so as not to get my floors dirty. He communicated well with me about my situation through the process.
