Taylor HVAC was fantastic to work with! We needed a new central air unit. Their pricing is fair and I can tell they aren't in this to take advantage of people. We had some hiccups after they installed, which had nothing to do with their work, but with who put in the furnace a few years ago. They came on July 4th to help us and then worked with us to come up with a more than fair solution. We will be using them going forward for all of our HVAC needs. Despite the brutal heat outside, we are sitting in fully functioning air conditioning (best we've ever had in this house!) I can't recommend them enough!
I have been super impressed with the support of Taylor HVAC. I have a unit that is 20+ years old so it is definitely on its way out. My AC unit seized so I had them come check it out. They were able to find a simple fix that gave my unit life again saving me thousands compared to their HVAC companies. They were incredibly kind and honest when they came. They also responded to my outreach right away. I will forever be going to these guys for all HVAC needs moving forward.
After a lot of bad HVAC experiences, we got 3 bids. Taylor HVAC could have oversold us like the rest, but was incredibly honest and saved us considerable money. Would recommend them every day of the week!
