North Star gave us the lowest price on our AC install. And they've done our tune-ups ever since. But most important, our AC went out during a heatwave and I called it in at 4am (expecting a company voicemal or answering service) and they personally answered! at 4am! and got us on the schedule same-day! I'm beyond grateful for these guys.
I gave this company a call after being quoted 7,000$ by another company to fix my a/c (and this wouldn't be for another day or two) that wasn't working. My house was near 85 degrees when I called North Star, they sent out an amazing rep named Anthony. He came out within a half hour of my phone call and had my ac unit fixed and working in 10 minutes and he installed a new thermostat - I was only charged $330 for everything. I couldn't recommend this place enough, specifically Anthony. He was very professional, kind, honest, quick and efficient. Will use him for any future needs!
