One customer who purchased a home in West Jordan had issues with their AC unit freezing up. After multiple companies were unable to solve the problem, the warranty department, led by Mike, stepped in and ensured the issue was resolved at no additional cost to the customer, even though the warranty had expired. Another customer who recently built a townhome at Daybreak with Holmes Homes was impressed with the beautiful design and construction of the home. If you’re like me you were nervous to build or be building with Holmes after reading about others experiences. While I had a very stressful building experience and an extensive punch list, it was all taken care of timely. However the most redeeming part of my experience where I would build with Holmes again is the warranty department. Mike has made my experience less stressful, taken care of my home as if it were his, and been great with efficiently taken care of. The warranty department at Holmes Home has been incredibly helpful in resolving any issues that have arisen. Mike, the warranty representative, is always attentive and promptly responds to my concerns, no matter how minor they may seem. He goes above and beyond to find a solution. I am truly grateful to have a Holmes Home warranty that provides me with peace of mind.
We are a Mortgage Company that work with Kalli Seager on our buyer's home purchase, and Kalli was the selling agent on the transaction. We don't usually have as much contact with the selling agents, but Kalli was VERY hands on! Kalli has great communication and kept us involved every step of the way. It was a great working with Kalli!
