I want to share the exceptional experience I received from warranty department director Michael. Fast response, on time and on the top of the issue.My flooring problem was resolved professionally in a timely manner and what made the experience different he cared to deliver results and make sure we were completely happy. The warranty department is in good hands. Great work Michael!

The info online says they close at 6 PM, but they actually close at 5 PM. Would’ve been nice to know after I drove 30 minutes one-way two different times to try to pick something up. Apparently it’s pretty confusing on how to communicate within an office.When I tried to call and leave a voicemail, it does not work, because the voicemail box is full. When they answer the phone, I get bounced around. Pretty frustrating.I have to constantly reach out for information. Very little proactive communication.

Before purchasing a brand new home from Holmes Homes, my Wife and I read many reviews online. There were some harsh reviews about Holmes. It caused suspicion. But we proceeded with our new home purchase built by Holmes.We had a perfect, yes perfect, experience with everyone at Holmes:Broker Jason Nageli: Excellent.Agent April Conti: Excellent.Project Manager Jake Thurman: Excellent.Down the line into today the team is responsive to any issues, all minor, and addressing them promptly.
