One customer who purchased a home in West Jordan had issues with their AC unit freezing up. After multiple companies were unable to solve the problem, the warranty department, led by Mike, stepped in and ensured the issue was resolved at no additional cost to the customer, even though the warranty had expired. Another customer who recently built a townhome at Daybreak with Holmes Homes was impressed with the beautiful design and construction of the home. Conner F. from Holmes was fantastic in answering all inquiries and keeping all requests. The customer hired a private inspector, and the inspection results were positive.
We are a Mortgage Company that work with Kalli Seager on our buyer's home purchase, and Kalli was the selling agent on the transaction. We don't usually have as much contact with the selling agents, but Kalli was VERY hands on! Kalli has great communication and kept us involved every step of the way. It was a great working with Kalli!
We are in the early process of building a single family home in Desert Color in St George Utah. We spent 2 days with Jamie Neva, the Design Center Coordinator, and she made it feel effortless. While helping us stay close to our budget, she was also not pushy in all the upgrades and we are so happy with everything we picked out. She was awesome!
We also spent some time with Jeannie Miller, the selling agent, and she was so accommodating to our time while we were in town. Everything has been seamless thus far and we are so happy we chose Holmes Homes for our builder❤️

We’re so happy we chose Holmes for our forever home. Being able to design a home that fit both our vision and our predetermined budget was a huge reason we went with Holmes. They offered so many options and never once pressured us during the decision-making process. Since moving into the home we have had to make one warranty claim on an issue we discovered.
