Salty Hive is top notch! You can really tell the entire crew cares about their members. From the programming to the hands-on coaching, I always feel like I'm in good hands. It's hard work, and I can tell they've put in a lot of time and energy to make things run as smoothly as they do. I've been to a bunch of different CrossFit gyms, and this is one of the best.
Dropped in this AM and can't say enough good things about the experience. I travel for work and drop into 50+ CrossFit boxes per year, and Salty Hive is easily in the top 5%. Class was organized, ran with precision, and scales/mods were clearly articulated to ensure everyone achieved the intended stimulus. Vibes were outstanding, it's clear the culture in this gym from the owners to the coaches to the members is exceptional. Cheers to this community, what a wonderful representation of what a CF box is meant to be. Thanks for a great start to my day!
