Planet Fitness offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The gym is clean and well-maintained, featuring various areas for stretching and abdominal workouts. The facility is designed to accommodate different exercises, providing plenty of equipment for all fitness levels. While some members wish for additional amenities, the overall experience remains positive. The staff is generally recognized as great, with one exception of a curt and unhelpful employee. The tanning beds are newish and work well, and the facility is described as a well-oiled machine with free parking. Members appreciate the 24-hour access during the week, which allows for convenient late-night workouts and showers. The night staff is particularly praised for their friendly and helpful demeanor. However, there are some concerns about cars being towed, although this seems to be less of an issue for those who visit during off-peak hours.
This location is always clean. I see staff cleaning machines during slow times, and they are very friendly. It’s very bright inside with nice natural light and has a lot of different coves so doesn’t feel like everyone can see you whole Time. Of the 3 different locations I’ve tried this one is my favorite.
I visit this location regularly as a guest of a member. The staff is always nice and welcoming. The locker rooms/bathrooms are clean. There is plenty of space and equipment. I've never had to wait for a machine. I've been at different times and it's never felt too crowded. Overall well-run Planet Fitness.
This gym has the best equipment in the SLC valley, but they don't have a single weight clamp available due to theft apparently. I think this is a huge safety hazard. The staff isn't always friendly and can be quite rude.
