“We hired Aspen Roofing after discovering a leak in our living room that was caused by a poorly installed cricket from work done by a previous roofing company before we purchased the house.

Craig was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain our options without pushing unnecessary repairs. Aspen initially repaired the affected area and corrected the cricket installation. After reviewing the work, they decided to go a step further and replace the cricket with a metal one at no additional cost. We've since been through multiple storms, including snow and heavy rain, and the leak has not returned.
