Despite it being the middle of winter and the roof being covered in snow, and despite also having had this issue for a very long time, they came out to take a look at the roof. Noe was very friendly and he first spent a good amount of time on the roof cleaning all the snow off just to get a look at the problem. He identified the issue as being a poorly installed vent at the pitch of the roof and showed me where the water was getting in. They had supplies at my house that evening and he started on it the next morning -- in the middle of a snow storm -- and he kept working so as to minimize the damage already done to the house. Once the problem area was replaced, he came back the next day after the snow had stopped to replace the rest of the vent which may have become a problem in the future. A++ service and very reasonably priced. When my roof ultimately fails completely over the next decade or so, I know who I am going to call. Thanks again for everything!“
