“We hired Aspen Roofing after discovering a leak in our living room that was caused by a poorly installed cricket from work done by a previous roofing company before we purchased the house.

Craig was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain our options without pushing unnecessary repairs. Aspen initially repaired the affected area and corrected the cricket installation. After reviewing the work, they decided to go a step further and replace the cricket with a metal one at no additional cost. We've since been through multiple storms, including snow and heavy rain, and the leak has not returned.

A month later, we hired Aspen again to replace our soffit. During the project, Craig and Jesus identified issues with the existing fascia that would have prevented a quality installation. They walked me through the problem, explained the reasoning behind their recommendation, and proposed a solution that preserved the appearance of the house while allowing the new soffit to be installed properly.

The workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail was obvious throughout the project. Our home was built in 1959, and the improvements have made a noticeable difference in both its appearance and condition.
