Utah Best Plumbing was amazing to work with. Randall and his crew were professional, polite, easy to talk to, and even funny. Randall explained the problem with our water drainage in simple terms, first resetting the system and then recommending a better drain line solution. i can't say enough about the excellent service i received from Utah Best Plumbing, especially kyle. I had a late-night plumbing emergency on a Saturday with a blockage in the main sewer line, and the office answered right away. The person on the phone was friendly, helpful, and let me know a plumber would contact me soon. A few minutes later, kyle called, listened carefully to the problem, and said he could be there within about half an hour.
