Excellent service! Heather was amazing. She took the time to evaluate the job, explain issues that might come up and EVEN to mix the proper shampoo for a white/cotton fabric sofa that needed cleaning. She got right to the job, worked hard, was incredibly understanding (i was on a zoom we have a dog etc) - and the carpet and the sofa look great! So grateful for her time and efforts.
Easy to scedule and Brian was wonderful to work with. Not only am i please with the the cleanliness of the carpets and rugs , but I really appreciate the care to cover edges of doors and furniture. Also..no mess left behind!
They were early, they were professional and very personable. They got right to work and cleaned our ducts, the first time we’d had them done in 43 years. They were efficient and cleaned up before they left. We would recommend them to friends who ask about duct cleaning.
