Fozzy was amazing! He was on time, efficient, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job on the carpet! All the tough spots came out and he made sure I was happy with the final product at the end. Had a wonderful experience with Voda! Would recommend them to a friend & work with them again!
The Voda crew seemed truly focused upon doing a thorough restoration job and asked me multiple times if I was pleased with their progress and work. At the final meeting and pay-off the crew chief reviewed the work that they had done and also did a number of additional services at no charge. I got 2 quotes from established companies and Voda’s was about 10% less than the other. The team was careful with our possessions, honest with their quotes, kept me updated and were at the work site when they said they would be 😊. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I’ll just call Voda. Bob
We just moved into a townhome and felt the carpets were not the best… but Fozzy (Faustino) is THE BEST. Kept in constant communication, was very informative and even helped me with a killer deal! Plus the carpets are SO CLEAN and look new again!
