“Heidi is the absolute best at massages. I have been going to see her several times this year and her attention to detail is out of this world. I struggle with migraines and I have had them for many years when I decided having Botox was too expensive and instead I wanted to have massages done she knew exactly the different parts of the head neck and jaw that could alleviate my migraines. I honestly have been doing so much better and have far fewer migraines now that I see Heidi. The atmosphere of spa one is wonderful and they always take good care of you.”
