Heidi is the absolute best at massages. I have been going to see her several times this year and her attention to detail is out of this world. I struggle with migraines and I have had them for many years when I decided having Botox was too expensive and instead I wanted to have massages done she knew exactly the different parts of the head neck and jaw that could alleviate my migraines. I honestly have been doing so much better and have far fewer migraines now that I see Heidi. The atmosphere of spa one is wonderful and they always take good care of you.

Nicole is the best of the best! She always makes me feel so comfortable and my results are always amazing. She recommended dental block for my lip filler and it was a game changer! Absolutely zero pain! I give her 100 out of 10 stars. She’s that good!
