Tonight was my 3rd visit. I wish I could go more often and I will try to,m as soon as I can, but Josh was so helpful today. I did the 30 minute Rapid Tension relief (highly recommend) and then a 60 minute massage (my last visit was just the rapid tension relief add on and I wanted more time). Josh explained to me what was going on, which muscles were playing into my soreness and back pain and gave me some maintenance tips on how I can help myself at home. I look forward to my next visit!

So far so good. I did have to wait a while to find a masseuse who would do longer than 50 minutes and/or medical massage. But, all of the masseuse staff have been professional and offered a good and unique experience.I'm recovering from several accidents and injuries and the staff here have helped me a lot along the way.I recently had an appointment with a very knowledgeable and very skilled masseuse, named Mary, who gave me a 2 hour medical massage and I have never felt as good after a massage as I did with that one.
