It was okay my first day there but then my second was even better. It just depends on the stylist that you get. I recommend you go when Silvia is there. She teaches all the girls how to do it. She is so kind. She will make your experience an experience you won't want to forget.

If you want to get beautiful highlights ask for Sara Ramirez.Sara did not rush and I highly appreciate that she went through each step and made sure to perfect each one before moving on and as an overstimulated mom I was extremely grateful that she was able to read me (her client) and not overdue it with excessive small talk.(**asked for soft highlights and got exactly that**, thank you Sara)

I went in for half highlights with my stylist Bobbie, and it looks so good!! They were so nice and everyone was chatty and enjoyed conversation and it was just such positive vibes !! Would definitely go again!
