Spa One
“Update: 10/2026: The past few visits with Josh have been amazing. He takes the time to ask questions, listens carefully, and repeats back what’s bothering me so I know he understands exactly where my body is staging its latest protest.
Then he works his magic, and I walk in feeling aggravated from head to toe and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and about 20 years younger—at least body-wise. Josh is fantastic, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!
I love being a member at SpaOne—everyone there is so welcoming it almost feels like a hug with better lighting. I’m obsessed with their tea selection, their snack collection, and the overall comfy-vibes atmosphere. Sometimes I swear I just want to hang out in the waiting space to calm my nerves and hit “reboot” on my brain.
I’d never had Botox before, but I got curious and started shopping around (like, responsibly… but with a little chaos). I started a few months ago with a little under-eye treatment, and this time I decided to be *brave-brave* and try a bit more.
Aleck was my nurse, and she is the definition of comfort + competence. She took the time to make me feel relaxed before and during my injections, explained everything clearly, and was super attentive to what I wanted. She also actually listened to my questions (rare and treasured!). I left with minimal “little pricks,” maximum confidence, and that “job well done” feeling you only get when you trust the process.
10/10 would recommend for anyone who wants cozy vibes, great people, and results that make you walk out like, “Yes… this was the correct decision.””
