“I've been going to chiropractors for over 40 years after I suffered a serious fall that whiplashed my neck. I've gone to them in CA, NJ, AZ, HI and UT, for long periods of time. I pretty much interview them before I let them touch me. Dr. Brad (Young) was no exception and I liked him. As others have said, he explains what he is doing, listens incredibly well, has a great sense of humor, works with you and only suggests how often you may wish to return. No pressure or "threats." He recently learned about Muscle Activation and after showing me how to work the activation spots, I'm noticing relief from years of shoulder pain.His wife is a hoot and very thorough with office management and billing. His college age son helps out with phones and appointments after school and is also professional and fun to talk to. It's an easy way to spend some time and well worth it. I simply cannot and will not do without chiropractic.“

“I started at Salt Valley just to get the promotion lights pkg. By the time I was finished with the first consultation, I knew I wanted to try the whole program. I started hopeful, but also a bit skeptical, because I'd tried 3 other popular diet programs out there and they didn't work. So why would this one? First, I didn't have to eat yukky packaged foods. I got to eat real meat, real fruits and real vegetables. That felt much more life sustaining. Then, with the lights and the drops I started seeing a drop right off the bat. I continually dropped a lb. or 2 a day and by the end of the 42 days I had lost 17 plus pounds and 18 inches. That was another good part, is that they looked at your inches and BMI and other numbers, even the age you were at which, mine started at age 80 and it got down to 67. I am really 61. So, that hurt my pride enough to get going. Loved the loading days, the fasting in the morning was a bit tough, but when i saw the scale moving down, it felt worth it. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Helpful to weigh every day and post food I'd eaten and know that I was held accountable for that. They corresponded back every day and that was also very helpful. i would recommend this program.“
