“I've never been so impressed with a carpet cleaning company. I was looking to have carpets cleaned in one of our bedrooms, Eric was quick to respond and was able to fit us in the same day! I appreciate him going out of his way to take care of us. The carpet looks and smells so good! He also took care of the rug in our entry way and now our house smells amazing. He took the time to explain his process and show me results along the way. He was very kind and professional. We'll never go back to using any other company for carpet cleaning. “Ed was fantastic and very professional. I didn't expect miracles for our carpet that had not been cleaned for over 4 years, but he gave us a miracle! Our carpet looks wonderful and we no longer have the bad pet smells.In the photo, on the left side of the heating vent, we had a small rectangle piece of furniture there for the last 4 and 1/2 years, so that small piece looked like brand new carpet. As you can see, he cleaned the carpet so well you can't tell where the furniture was resting. Wonderful!Thank you so much, Ed!“

“We had some flooding in our basement and after we got everything repaired we called John with Signature Carpet Care and he got us in within a couple of days of calling. John did a great job - he was thorough and put down antimicrobial in the area that flooded and then cleaned all our carpets. He got up some spots of putty and slime my kids had gotten on the carpet. He was so fast and guaranteed his work. Couldn’t be happier.“
