My carpets needed some serious TLC! My son and his dog lived with me for a year and after he moved out, the carpets were scary! Creek came out and made my carpets look brand new! He was on time and gave great after care instructions. This is the second time I’ve used them, the first time was for the dental office that I work at. Every time I’ve use them the results are the same. FANTASTIC!!!!

I dont usually write reviews, but I just had to for this experience! Absolutely excellent! From the first call everything went smooth, even questions I didnt think to ask got answered and I got follow up calls with them verifying the address multiple times. I hired them for carpet cleaning for moving out of our rental. I wasnt sure on the room sizes, but even after noticing that one of the rooms was too big they still honored the quote they gave me. I was out of the house at the time of service. After 3 attempts to remove a pet smell we where not satisfied with the results. They held true to their word and they refunded us our money. The owner was surprised the attempts didn’t work and was a bit annoyed but that was their advertised guarantee. For that they deserve a good review. However, I wish the smell was removed. I ended up replacing the carpet. I will consider use them in the future for basic cleaning.
