John did a great job - he was thorough and put down antimicrobial in the area that flooded and then cleaned all our carpets. He got up some spots of putty and slime my kids had gotten on the carpet. “I've never been so impressed with a carpet cleaning company. I was looking to have carpets cleaned in one of our bedrooms, Eric was quick to respond and was able to fit us in the same day! I appreciate him going out of his way to take care of us. The carpet looks and smells so good! He also took care of the rug in our entry way and now our house smells amazing. He took the time to explain his process and show me results along the way. He was very kind and professional. We'll never go back to using any other company for carpet cleaning.
