He did all the work to open the wall and remove all the wet insulation and carpet. Then he hauled it all away! John also helped us navigate the situation while exploring several possibilities for resolution as we weren’t sure if insurance would cover it.John was awesome!“

“We had some flooding in our basement and after we got everything repaired we called John with Signature Carpet Care and he got us in within a couple of days of calling. John did a great job - he was thorough and put down antimicrobial in the area that flooded and then cleaned all our carpets. He got up some spots of putty and slime my kids had gotten on the carpet. “Ed was fantastic and very professional. I didn't expect miracles for our carpet that had not been cleaned for over 4 years, but he gave us a miracle! Our carpet looks wonderful and we no longer have the bad pet smells.In the photo, on the left side of the heating vent, we had a small rectangle piece of furniture there for the last 4 and 1/2 years, so that small piece looked like brand new carpet. After having put up with the previous owners' (of our house) grime on our mostly tiled upper floor for over a year, we called Atlas after having seen the reviews online. Not only were they extremely pleasant to deal with, but they were professional and did an amazing job. Best part of all? It didn't ruin us financially. They managed to get so much of the dirt, old crayon, and whatever else was embedded into the grout and tile, that the tile looks almost brand new.
